    Matt Jones
President and Chief Executive Officer

Matt Jones brings 20 years of multi-disciplined management to CloudShield Technologies from the communications, networking, and storage industries. He joins CloudShield after most recently serving as CEO of Allocity. Allocity provided application specific storage management software for managing Microsoft Exchange databases. Allocity was sold to EMC in 2004. Prior to Allocity, Matt was COO of Excite@Home and CEO of Lipstream Networks, a Voice over IP company. Before Lipstream, Matt worked for Sprint for 13 years, where he held several executive positions, including VP of National Sales for Sprint PCS, SVP and General Manager for Sprint Canada, and Chief of Staff. He started his career at AT&T.

Matt received his bachelor's degree from Miami University and his MBA from the University of Michigan.

    Peder Jungck
Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Peder is a networking industry visionary, IT executive and entrepreneur who has pioneered high-speed content-based networking and security systems to meet the needs of government, carriers, and large enterprises. During a career that spans more than 20 years, Peder has worked closely with Global 2000 customers, helping them simplify and streamline the deployment and management of their large-scale, complex networks. Peder is the creator and guiding architect behind the company’s CS-2000™ Network Applications Server and RAVE™, CloudShield's unique and powerful packet processing development language.

Previously as CTO of yesmail.com, Peder helped guide the company to a successful IPO and subsequent acquisition by CMGI. Earlier positions included: CTO of SVIC, Managing Partner and CIO of Internet-technology consulting firm Remington Associates, Ltd., and VP of Production and Engineering for groundbreaking consumer CD-ROM developer TerraGlyph Interactive Studios.

Also noteworthy are his positions at Sterling Commerce, developing SNA and TCP/IP bulk data transfer applications, and at AT&T Global Information Systems/NCR, where he led the group's Technology and Professional Services efforts on behalf of J.C. Penney.

Peder attended Clarkson University for electrical and computer engineering and received a bachelor of arts degree from Beloit College in mathematics and computer science.

K. Stuart Shea, President, Intelligence, Security and Technology Group

K. Stuart Shea serves as president of the Intelligence, Security and Technology (IST) Group. Headquartered in McLean, Va., the group has more than 12,000 scientists and engineers, and is one of the largest support organizations to the intelligence community. The group provides technology services and products across the full spectrum of national security programs, including cyber security; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; imagery and signals intelligence; intelligence support for special operations; intelligence analysis; linguistic services; and the development of advanced processing hardware and software solutions. The group supports the fight against the global war on terror and overseas contingency operations through its efforts to improve the collection and sharing of intelligence.

Prior to joining SAIC in October 2005, Shea served as vice president, Space and Intelligence, in the TASC Business Unit of Northrop Grumman Corporation. Under his leadership, the unit provided mission support to the 16 agencies under the purview of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Defense's space superiority programs. Earlier, he held several positions with PAR Technology Corporation and served as an imagery analyst and remote sensing specialist with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Kansas Applied Remote Sensing program.

In 2003, Shea was named to the 12-member National Commission for the Review of the Research and Development Programs of the U.S. Intelligence Community, established by Congress to review the full range of current research and development programs in the intelligence community.

Shea is the founder, CEO, and board chairman for the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, an internationally-recognized educational foundation that has received considerable attention through its annual GEOINT Symposium. He is an internationally recognized author and has served on several major international refereed journal editorial boards. He is a former national director, Cartography and Geographic Information Society, a fellow of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, and served as a member of the Sustaining Member Council for the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. He is a 2009 recipient of the Federal Computer Week Federal 100 Award for the top executives in the IT industry. He has served as a member of the advisory board of the University of Virginia's Department of Systems and Information Engineering.

Shea received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Kansas. In addition, he is a graduate of numerous executive education programs, including the Darden School of the University of Virginia, Harvard Business School, The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and George Washington University's School of Business and Public Management.

Larry Cox, IISBU General Manager

Larry Cox was appointed senior vice president and general manager of the Intelligence & Information Solutions Business Unit (IISBU) of SAIC in April 2005.

Cox came to SAIC from Lockheed Martin where he was vice president of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Strategy. He was founder and president of ORINCON Sygenex, Inc., which was acquired by Lockheed Martin in 2003. He served as a vice president at Sarnoff Labs and opened the Washington, D.C. operation.

He spent three years on Capitol Hill as a professional staff member with the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, where he held oversight responsibility for space, advanced technology, communications and remote sensing programs. Prior to that, Cox spent eight years with General Electric Company and held many engineering and managerial positions, including senior systems engineer, chief scientist for ground systems, program manager for space and ground systems and business development manager for intelligence programs; and 11 years with the National Security Agency (NSA) where he held various positions in the United States and abroad.

Cox earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. He is on the Board of Directors of the National Correlation Working Group, SAIC Pty Ltd. and Inquirion Pty Ltd. He also serves on the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore and Panels of the NSA Advisory Board. He was a technical advisor to Touchstone Pictures Disney Studios Enemy of the State during 1997 and 1998.

Kevin E. (Ed) Murphy, Senior Vice President, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions

Ed Murphy is Senior Vice President and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at SAIC. Ed has closed over 70 domestic and international M&A transactions as well as a couple of dozen joint ventures, equity investments and divestitures. His role encompasses the transaction strategy review, valuation, negotiation, due diligence and approval process for acquisition activity. Ed has been involved with SAIC's M&A activity since 1991. He has spoken at many corporate development panels and conferences. Prior to assuming an M&A role, he held senior line financial positions in the company. Ed has been with SAIC since 1981.

Prior to joining SAIC, Ed worked at Dyncorp for 3 years, including an 18-month stint in Saudi Arabia as the senior financial site manager.

Ed is a member of The Conference Board's Council of Corporate Development & Integration Executives and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Ed has an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a B.S. from Georgetown University.
