Compensation We offer a competitive compensation program that keeps pace with the market in the region where work is performed and we consider experience and expected contribution level when determining initial pay. Meals and Munchies To provide a welcomed break where everyone comes together during the day, we provide lunch every Tuesday and Wednesday. We even BBQ from time to time! We also provide free sodas, yogurt, juices, mineral water, coffee and filtered water. Communication Knowing what is happening within CloudShield is an important component of our culture. We hold "All Hands" meetings to help keep us informed and focused on our milestones as well as events that help us understand and measure our success. In addition, brown bag sessions are held by various departments in the company. Much of our communication is informal and we continue to support and nurture "real time" discussions. Our Facilities To help promote real time discussions and in our support of an open communication environment, CloudShield is a 100% cubical designed work environment! Offices have been converted to meeting rooms. Many of the rooms have wall to wall white boards to foster creative activities and discussions. We have two break rooms equipped with refrigerators, microwave ovens, toasters and an assortment of great "home away from home" gadgets. |
