Phone Support (5x8) Services:
Phone support is available for an hourly fee during business hours (9-5 PST), Monday through Friday excluding US holidays. A minimum charge per call may apply.
On Site Customer support Services:
On site support is available for a daily fee covering site time and travel time. Travel and Living Expenses are billed separately. A minimum charge per visit may apply.
