Software:

The Software Warranty covers the Software media (CD, DVD, etc) ONLY for a period of 3 months starting from the date of purchase. CloudShield will replace any faulty Accessory that is assigned a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization) file number. To obtain an RMA file number please contact Cloudshield Support via the ONLINE Support Trouble Ticket System, by email at support@CloudShield.com or by calling 1-866-992-5683.

Hardware Systems and Components:

The Hardware Warranty covers all Hardware components ("Components") purchased from CloudShield for 1 year starting from the date of purchase. Components include:

  • CS-2000 System
  • Chassis
  • Application Server Module (ASM)
  • Deep Packet Processor Module (DPPM)
  • AC and DC Power Entry Modules
  • Auxiliary Modules

CloudShield will replace any faulty Component that is assigned a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization) file number. To obtain an RMA file number please contact CloudShield. A Component will either be repaired and returned or replaced with refurbished components at CloudShield discretion.

A replacement Component will be shipped within 20 business days following receipt of defective Hardware. The replacement Component will be covered for the remainder for the original item's warranty period or ninety days from the date of shipment of a repaired or replaced Component, whichever is longer. Shipping costs of the failed Component will be covered by the End User, while CloudShield will cover shipping costs of the replacement Component.

Hardware Accessories:

The Hardware Accessories Warranty covers all accessories ("Accessories") purchased from CloudShield for 3 months starting from the date of purchase. Accessories include:

  • Power Cords
  • Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) optics
  • Cables
  • USB CD-ROM drive

CloudShield will replace any faulty Accessory that is assigned a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization) file number. To obtain an RMA file number please contact CloudShield.

A replacement Accessory will be shipped within 5 business days following receipt of defective Accessory. The replacement Accessory will be covered for the remainder for the original item's warranty period. Shipping costs of the failed Accessory will be covered by the End User, while CloudShield will cover shipping costs of the replacement Accessory.
