Annual Protection Program*

This level of Extended Warranty provides:
  • Unlimited phone support available during business hours (9-5 PST), Monday through Friday excluding US holidays,  for 1 year from date of purchase
  • Access to all Software upgrades for 1 year from date of purchase
  • Shipping of replacement Hardware components the next business day following the receipt of an RMA file number

Software and Support (5x8) Subscription Services*

This level of support subscription provides:
  • Unlimited phone support available during business hours (9-5 PST), Monday through Friday excluding US holidays for 1 year from purchase
  • Access to all Software upgrades for 1 year from purchase

*Note that in order to fully benefit from the Extended Warranty protection, we recommend that Support and Extended Warranty programs be purchased at the time of equipment or software purchase. Programs may be retroactively charged from the original purchase date.
