CS102 Introduction to CloudShield (1 hour, web-based, Q2 06)
The CS102 Introduction to CloudShield is a fast-paced, web-based course that gives an overview of CloudShield
and its solutions. The course covers basic information about CloudShield, the CS-2000 platform, and CloudShield
solutions. At the end of the course, participants should understand where CloudShield fits and how its solutions
can benefit an organization.

CS202 CS-2000 System Administration (2 days, lecture/lab, available now)
The CS202 CS-2000 System Administration course is a practical, hands-on, lecture lab course that teaches system
administrators and resellers how to install, configure and maintain for the CS-2000. The course covers how to
install the CS-2000, and how to use the CLI and WMI, how to manage alarms/events/alerts, how to configure the
CS-2000 to integrate into an existing network, and how to manage the CS-2000. At the end of the course,
participants will be able to administer the CS-2000 in a production, prototype, or demo environment.

CS231 Administering CloudShield Content Control Solutions (1 day, lecture/lab, Q3 2006)
The CS231 Administering CloudShield Content Control Solutions course is a practical hands-on lecture/lab course
that teaches system administrators and resellers how to install, configure and maintain CloudShield content control
solutions. At the end of the course, participants will be able to administer these solutions in a production,
prototype, or demo environment.

CS302 RAVE Programming (5 days, lecture/lab, available now)
The CS302 Rave Programming course is an intensive, hands-on, lecture/lab course that teaches developers beginning
to advanced concepts related to RAVE programming on CloudShield DPI platforms. Developers learn to use the RAVE development
environment, standard RAVE programming syntax and constructs, debugging/testing techniques, how to take advantage
of CloudShield DPI hardware features to design high performance applications, and how to remotely manage applications.
Participants will examine many code examples, representing CloudShield’s key solution areas, and then in
hands-on labs, will create and test similar applications. At the end of the course, participants will leave
with all the key skills required to start developing production applications.

The CS303 packetC Programming course is an intensive, hands-on, lecture/lab course that teaches developers beginning
to advanced concepts related to packetC programming on the CloudShield DPI platforms. Developers learn to use the packetC

environment, standard packetC programming syntax and constructs, debugging/testing techniques, how to take advantage

CS304 packetC Programming (Update) (2.5 days, lecture/lab, available now)
The CS304 packetC Programming (Update) course is a 2.5-day version of CS303 packetC Programming. This covers the same content as CS303;
however it is for Certified CloudShield Application Developers who have successfully completed CS302 RAVE Programming.
basic concepts regarding CloudShield, the CS-2000, CloudShield's hardware architecture and remote management will be omitted.
Note: Only Certified CloudShield Application Developers will be admitted. All others should register for CS303.
